Klaus Josef Lutz was born in Munich on 20th of March 1958 and is now a renowned business manager and lawyer with a brilliant career. As founder and Managing Director of Mount Wellington, he brings experience and immense expertise to the company. Prof Lutz is known for his outstanding skills in the management and restructuring of companies.
One of his most significant achievements was the effective reorganisation of Süddeutscher Verlag, where as Managing Director he led the company on a stable course through strategic realignment. This experience gave him a deep insight into the opportunities and challenges of the media industry. As Chairman of the Board, he also shaped BayWa for 15 years and, in addition to his work at Mount Wellington, he is President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Upper Bavaria with selected business contacts in industry and commerce. He is known for his skills and foresight in mastering complex challenges. His commitment and leadership to effective and sustainable business practices has made him an indispensable part of Mount Wellington and an inspirational figure in the world of management.
